Child: CHF 7.- per child and 12.- from 16 years old. Children under 4 years old also pay their ticket

Accompanying person: 1 accompanying person offered for 10 paying child/student/boarder tickets

Additional accompanying persons: CHF 12.- per person (Monday-Friday)

We do not sell on invoice, payment only at the cash desk, at the entrance to the exhibition.
Every day from 10 am to 6 pm. Last admission at 4.30 pm.

For groups of 10 students or more (1 free adult admission for 10 purchased tickets)

You are a school, kindergarten or other educational institution recognized by a municipality (proof may be requested upon arrival at the exhibition)

A visit takes approximately 1 hour

Your time in the exhibition is unlimited during opening hours (between 10 am and 6 pm)

We do not offer guided tours

You can bring snacks to the exhibition, but there is no dedicated picnic area due to limited space

Groups consisting of several classes are advised to form groups (of around 20 students) to facilitate access to the cloakroom and the exhibition

THE ACCOMPANYING ADULTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHILDREN’S SUPERVISION

For short breaks there are benches all around the exhibition

You are allowed to take pictures. However, you must make sure not to frighten the animals. Tapping on the windows, for example, might cause them stress.
